It is not uncommon to spend our days feeling like we do not have enough hours in which to do everything, not least if we have a demanding job, or kids, or are ambitious enough to want a balanced lifestyle in which we are healthy, happy, and also earn enough money to live. God knows, the small screen that so many of us keep on hand most of the time is probably part of the reason that this stress is so common, but we do not need to think about that too deeply.
